Your phone number is your Beans Account. Sign in with your password or with a code sent to your phone. The number never changes: a new number means a new account.
Orders and payment
You pay from your Beans wallet, mobile money, card or cash when you place an order. A cancelled order is not charged, and refunds go back to your wallet or mobile money.
Points and coupons
Paid orders earn Beans Points to spend on coupons. Cancelled or refunded orders do not earn points. Every coupon shows when it expires, and one coupon applies to an order.
Your data
We keep your orders, wallet and points history so the app can show them. You can delete your account under Privacy & data: it is switched off at once and deleted after 90 days.
